YOGA & MEDITATION

Cosmic Yoga Nidra:    A guided meditation also called a yogic sleep led by Rae.  A practice using multiple techniques to enter deep states of conscious relaxation. This can become a rejuvenating ritual for your mental well being and an empowering tool for healing. Participants will be sitting in gravity chairs for this inner Nidra journey. You can wear an eye mask and blanket (we provide). Rae adds sound healing and reiki energy to sooth the energy and creates a safe and dreamy space for you to completely let go.

Mellow Yoga: A slow flow with a mixture of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation that promote peace, strength, balance and union in the mind, body, and spirit. Great class for beginners and all levels. Rae and Shayna teach this class.

Yin Yoga:   Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where the poses are held for longer periods of time with a rest in between poses. This style targets connective tissue (ligaments, bones, joints and fascia) and also releases natural collagen into these areas. Yin yoga improves flexibility, improves circulation and reduces tension.  If done regularly it can be an injury preventative. Rae and Shayna teach this class.

Cacao and Ecstatic Dance:  Shayna leads this class with a Cacao ceremony and meditation.  After you sink into your bliss with this heart opening cacao you begin to let your body move to the music in free flowing movements.  The class ends with a beautiful sound bath. 

Reiki and Restorative Yoga: Reiki an ancient Japanese energy healing technique channeled through the hands. Nicole will lay her hands on different body parts to bring your life energy into harmonious flow while in a restorative yoga pose. Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow paced practice using props, blankets and bolsters to support comfortable poses and allow the body to come into a deeper relaxation.     

REIKI

Energy Tune Up $60: Balance your overall energy in this cleansing 30 min session.

Harmony $90: Clear and balance your energy with aromatherapy using therapeutic grade essential oils and an intuitive reading. This includes 45 min of reiki and 10 min reading.

Rejuvenation $130: Clear, balance, and renew your energy with aromatherapy, intuitive reading, and your choice of sound healing or crystal healing. This includes 60 min of reiki and 20 min reading.

The Works $160: Clear, balance and renew your energy. Aromatherapy, sound healing, crystal healing, and a channeled reading will be included in this comprehensive package. This includes 75 min of reiki and 20 min reading.

Reiki Add Ons: Crystal Healing,  Sound Healing, and Oracle Card Message $10.

WORKSHOPS

Intro to Astrology:  Offers the basic building blocks of astrological interpretation & familiarizes the student with astrology's terminology & symbols. It includes a look at the planets, signs, elements & qualities, the houses, and major planetary aspects. This is a 6 class series. Those attending all 6 classes will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Chakra Balancing:  Utilize energy cleansing tools, meditation, crystals and reiki to balance your chakras.

Mantras and Mudras:  Mantras are words or phrases that embody sound. Using mantras can take you into a higher state of consciousness. Mudras is yoga for the hands which focuses the brain. The combination of these two practices helps tap into parts of the body that are beneficial to deep healing.

Journaling:  Embark on free writing, affirmation writing,  and setting intentions through journaling.

Artistic Exploration: Workshops vary but may include the study and creation of dream catchers, mojo bags, mandalas, rock painting, and more.

Moon Circle: May include group meditation, intention setting, oracle cards and other creative activities. Join us in clearing energy, gaining clarity, and connect through communal energy. Leave uplifted and supported as we all share experiences and wisdom.

Tarot card instructional classes: Therese has been reading cards for 48 years. She will be teaching a series of classes from basics to advanced. This will bring you into a deeper understanding and be able to use this divine tool of guidance personally or to read for others. 

ESP Development classes:  This series gives instruction about what ESP is, the different ways to receive the messages on offer & a variety of exercises practiced in class to open these very natural abilities. The use of tools like meditation, the pendulum, dreamwork & Tarot cards, among others, will be covered.

Support Circles:  We offer support and sharing circles for women once a month starting in 2025.

Tarot card readings:   Therese is a truly gifted master reader of 48 years. She has divine channeled messages to guide you along your journey.  Half hour for $65 or full hour for $125.  Call or email to book a reading. Please specify if you prefer an in person reading at our Center or a virtual reading on Zoom.

Astrology readings: Therese has 50 years experience as a Practicing Natal Astrologer. For a natal birth chart reading with current transits it's $125.  If you want to add on a Solar return (annual birthday) or a progressed chart with additional predictive insights it's $25 more for each.  The session can be virtual on zoom or in person. Coaching and Spiritual Counseling:   Rae and Therese provide individual and group sessions based on the individual needs. Exchange for solo sessions half hour $60 and an Hour $125.
